All our products are carefully handcrafted with quality and care. Because of the nature of our items — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once you received your order.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

  • Our products are personal care items that come into direct contact with skin.

  • For sanitary and safety reasons, once an item is delivered, it cannot be returned or resold.

  • Each product is handmade and perishable, which means we cannot guarantee the condition of returned products.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To report a problem:

  1. Email us at hello@whippedsoapsph.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach photos of the damaged/defective item

Once verified, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Please email us as soon as possible at hello@whippedsoapsph.com if you wish to cancel.
